By Kristen Walsh, Observer Staff Reporter

The New Castle County police are looking for a suspect involved in a “peeping tom” and indecent exposure incident that occurred at the Hunters Crossing Apartments early on Tuesday morning.

A 23-year old resident of a first floor apartment heard someone knock on her window while she was working on her computer. When she opened her blinds, she saw a man with his pants down below his knees. He proceeded to expose himself for a few moments before smiling and running off, reported Cpl. Trinidad Navarro.

After searching the area, officers could not find the suspect.

Police are looking for a white man, between the ages of 20-40, 5’8” tall, weighing 150 pounds. He has brown hair, clean shaven, and appeared to be “weathered”. He was last seen wearing tan shorts and a navy blue shirt.
