Glasgow High School Band Podcasts Now Available

The Glasgow High School Band has begun publishing their music in a podcast format that is downloadable from Apple’s iTunes music store.

Episode 2 was just released this week, and features band director Michael Rogalski talking about the unique opportunity to play in a Steel Band at Glasgow.

Episode 1 is also available for download, and features a rehearsal session for a new piece of music just given out in jazz ensemble class.

“I think it is a great idea to showcase the band so that prospective students can hear what current students are doing,” posted Judith Conway on Rogalski’s blog.

More episodes containing rehearsal information, lessons, announcements and student interviews are intended to be released periodically through the rest of the school year
